Apple-Flax Bread

Ingredients
1/2 c flax meal1/2 whole wheat flour1 cup white flour3 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 egg3/4 unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup sugar2 Tbsp melted margarine
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in large bowl. Sift dry ingredients in another bowl. Add all together and mix well. Pour into loaf pan or divide into 12 muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
