Max's Taboule salad

Ingredients
Taboule Mix (Near East), 5 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds Onions, raw, .5 small Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Prepare Taboule according to instruction on the box. After cooling down, add finelly chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, roma tomamto chopped into small bits and avocado also in small bits. Add, salt and pepper. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
Let it sit in the refrigerator from one day to the next for the flavors to spread. Serve as a "tapenade", over lettuce leaves, or as a side dish.
