Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use low-fat, but fat-free is also an option)1/2 cup oats 1tsp vanilla extract1T. sugar substitute (adjust according to taste)ground cinnamon to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients into a blender (I prefer to drain my cottage cheese, you may also want to, depending the brand you use)

Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray.

Pour batter into pan, flip, and enjoy.
