Ingredients
1 pkg instant sugar free pudding that calls for 2 cups milk, any flavor8 oz cream cheese, fat free8 oz of 1% milk8 oz of fruit
Directions
Using a mixer on low in a deep bowl, mix cream cheese with the milk. If possible, you want to keep a few lumps of the cream cheese in the mix. Add pudding mix until thickened. If it is too thick, add a little more milk. Fold in fruit with a spatula. If you use canned fruit, drain it. This makes 6 1/2 cup servings. This recipe can be doubled, tripled & even quadrupled for large parties.
