Avocados (2, haas variety, diced)Tomatoes (4, roma variety, seeded and diced)Red Onion (1 small or half a large, diced)Cilantro (1 bunch, chopped)Feta Cheese (4 ounces, crumbled)Olive Oil (1/4 cup or less)Red Wine Vinegar (3 T.)Cumin ( 1 T. whole preferred, ground ok)Salt (1 tsp., kosher preferred)

Chop the produce. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate.
Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or whatever dipper you like.
