Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
canned salmon, debonedoniongreen pepperbread crumbseggsaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
In a large deep skillet heat the vegetable oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Use a sppon and your hand to shape the mixture into 1.5 inch balls. Flatten slightly and place in hot oil. Cook for two minutes on one side. Turn over with a fork. Cook on the other side for one minute more. Remove from grease. Drain. Serve while still hot.
