Veggie Beef Stew

1/4 packet Lipton Onion Soup2 cups water1/8 cup flour1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 cup raw carrots, chopped finely1 medium onion, chopped finely1 cup peas2 tsp garlic1/4 cup Boca Ground Burger Crumbles
1. Combine the onion soup mix and water as directed on the package. I microwave the soup and water together for ~5 minutes to speed the cooking process up, but you could also prepare in a seperate pan. When it has finished cooking, combine 1/8c flour and whisk well.
2. In a large saucepan, saute the carrots, onion, garlic, and burger crumbles in the vegetable oil. After they have cooked down, add the peas.
3. Add the onion soup to the vegetable mix. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the soup has thickened slightly. Serve on it's own or with multigrain bread.
