Ingredients
# Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)# Hot chile pepers, 0.5 pepper (remove)# Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed (remove)# Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)# Fresh Mint, 1 tbsp (remove)# Ginger Root, 5 grams (remove)# Onions, raw, 60 grams (remove)# Pineapple, fresh, 200 grams (remove)# Avocados, Florida, 100 grams (remove)# Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
Combine chili powder, salt and sugar and sprinkle evenly over the pineapple.

Grill on each side until lightly browned, about 5 to 10 minutes total. Remove and let cool.

Roughly chop pineapple and combine it and its juice with the ingredients of one of the 3 options. Taste and adjust seasonings.
