Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless frozen chicken breasts1Tblspn extra virgin olive oil4 tsp ground gingergarlic salt to taste2 cups cooked brown rice1 bag frozen oriental vegetables
Directions
Dice chiken while still semi-frozen for easy cutting.
Heat olive oil in skillet or wok.
Brown chicken with light garlic salt.
Prepare rice and frozen vegetables per package instructions while cooking chicken.
Cook ckicken on medium-low heat until firm and cooked, with most moisture gone. Sprinkle ground ginger on chicken, 1 tsp per breast.
Continue cooking chicken until lightly browned.
Serve on rice and vegetables or as a side.
