Had it for supper tonight...very good! Use jalapenos instead of chiles, since my husband loves spicy foods. I picked out the jalapenos & mine was just fine for me. - 2/3/12

Everybody loved it! I served it with salsa and Greek nonfat plain yogurt. Next time I will probably add some sauteed onion and red pepper flakes. - 12/17/10

Sooooooo Good!! I followed recipe using low fat Mexican blend cheese. However, the amount used is so little, and the other tastes are so good, I will try it next time without the cheese (saves calories and fat, too). - 7/6/10

This was really good, and one serving was more than satisfying. My picky teenager asked if we could have the leftovers for dinner again the next night! - 5/20/09

I'm a guy who likes 2 cook, but I'm a technician, not an artist. I follow recipes exactly, and I don't make things that callsfor a dash of this or a pinch of that. My question: For the cheese - do you use cheddar, sharp or mild, three cheese Mexican mix? Please send me a SparkMail @ your convenience - 5/15/09
