I'm a guy who likes 2 cook, but I'm a technician, not an artist. I follow recipes exactly, and I don't make things that callsfor a dash of this or a pinch of that. My question: For the cheese - do you use cheddar, sharp or mild, three cheese Mexican mix? Please send me a SparkMail @ your convenience - 5/15/09
