Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 c Fiber One Cereal1 c Oatmeal1 c Flour whole wheat1/4 c Applesauce or 1 egg white1/4 c Honey1/4 - 1/2 Tsp Salt1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder1/2 soy milk with 1 c water to make 1 1/4 C's of liquid1 c Berries1Tbsp or to your taste (opt)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine liquids and pour over combined Fiber One cereal and Oatmeal. Let sit until liquid is absorbed. Just a few minutes.
Blend flour and baking powder and cinnamon.
Add berries, and blended flour to cereal mixture. Scoop into muffin tins, (use paper cups or spray a nonstick pan).
Bake for 25 minutes
