Ingredients
Cake:1 1/4 cup Flour1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Butter1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat1 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 can (21 oz) Pie fillings, canned, blueberry (can substitute cherry, apple, blackberry or strawberry)Topping:1 tbsp Butter1/2 cup Flour1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Makes 20 2 inch pieces

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease 9x9 cooking pan (metal, ceramic or glass)
3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl
4. Add butter, milk, egg and vanilla, beating until well mixed
5. Pour batter into pan
6. Pour pie filling evenly on top of batter
7. Separately mix topping ingredients until appear as thick crumbs
7. Sprinkle topping mix evenly over pie filling
8. Cook for 60 minutes or until golden brown
