Summer Bread Salad

Ingredients
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 small whole (cherry tomatoes work as wellGreen Beans (snap), 20 beansCucumber (peeled), 1 small Spring Onions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedFrench baguette, toasted broken into bite size piecesMixed herbs (oregano, basil, fennel, chives - whatever you like)Olive Oil, 1 tbspRed Wine Vinegar, 1 tbspStone ground mustard, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Clean and chop veggies - throw in a bowl. You can also add olives, cheese, peppers or any other of your favorite veggies. Add bread. Mix olive oil, vinegar (pick your favorite) and mustard in a bowl, whisk to mix then pour over veggies and bread. Let sit for at least 5-10 min.
