Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef4 cups chopped cabbage1 medium onion, chopped1 cup bean sprouts2 medium carrots, grated1 Tbs. soy sauce1/2 cup water
Directions
Cook lean ground beef. Drain and set aside. Cook vegetables in olive oil. Add soy sauce and water and cook til liquid boils out. Add ground beef. Use as filling for egg rolls or serve in warmed up egg roll wrappers as a form of moo shoo.

    First impression, Thumbs Down. But in realizing how versitile it can be used, Thumbs Up! Its healthy, tastes good. Use kale, spinach, any green soaked in HOT water, wrap it like stuffed cabage leaves, then steam in oven or top of stove. Diabetics should love this one. - 4/10/07

    A little bland for my taste, but added cilantro, fresh jalepeno, garlic, extra soy, ginger, and some asian hot sauce to the meat/veggie mixture. Cooled all the filling and put into rice papers. Delicious! - 3/26/09
