1/2 pound lean ground beef4 cups chopped cabbage1 medium onion, chopped1 cup bean sprouts2 medium carrots, grated1 Tbs. soy sauce1/2 cup water
Cook lean ground beef. Drain and set aside. Cook vegetables in olive oil. Add soy sauce and water and cook til liquid boils out. Add ground beef. Use as filling for egg rolls or serve in warmed up egg roll wrappers as a form of moo shoo.
