Bread - Honey Tea (Sugar-Free)

Ingredients
1 1/4 - 1 1/3 C raisins + dried cranberries 1 1/4 C strong, hot tea1/4 C honey2 eggs2 1/4 C flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp all-spice1/8 tsp cardamom1 Tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Place raisins & cranberries in bowl. Pour hot tea over them, and stir in honey. Cover and let stand for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a regular loaf pan.

Stir eggs into raisin mixture.

In separate bowl, mix together rest of ingredients. Add to raisin mixture and stir thoroughly. Pour into greased pan.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Remove from pan and let cool.

Makes 8-12 slices in one loaf or 8 mini loaves.
