Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
2 c. corn, cooked2 15 oz cans black beans (rinsed)3 cloves garlic, minced1 small onion, chopped fine3 large tomatoes, chopped2 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp salt1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Directions
Makes 18, 1/2 cup servings

Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. Holds well in the refrigerator for up to a week!
