    I make something similar to this, but I add about 1/4 cup sugar, a chopped onion, and 1Tbsp Tiger Sauce. It's so yummie! I use it as a salsa with baked Tostito's scoops, or on a bed of spinach with a spicy black bean burger, so I get way more than 4 servings out of it. - 2/21/10
