Shrimp Potstickers

3 oz frozen shrimp, chopped & thawed1 tbs grated carrots1 tbs chopped chives1 tbs Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar1 tbs Soy saucePowdered Garlic & Ginger to taste10 round wonton wrappers (3 1/2 inch diameter)Dim Sum Sauce (optional)
* In a food processor, blend all ingredients except wrappers and sauce.
* Place 2 tsp of shrimp blend in the center of the wrapper, moisten the edge of the wrapper, and seal the edges together.
* Place in a bamboo steamer or a metal steamer with the metal lightly oiled and steam for 10 minutes.
* Serve with Dim Sum Sauce or Soy Sauce (not included in nutritional information)
