Ingredients
1 large onion chopped2 stalks of broccoli chopped796 ml (can) of Equality diced tomatoes550 grams of lean ground beefcayan peppersalt
Directions
Mix cayan pepper, salt, chopped onions and ground beef in pan.
Once ground beef nearly cook, put in strainer and rinse.
In a pan, add all ingredients and finish cooking.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
