Spelt Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of spelt flour2 tbsp of ghee1/2 cup of water1/2 tsp of salt1 tsp baking powder
Mix ghee and flour together until it forms a course flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough is formed. I break mine into 12 balls about the size of a ping pong and roll out into 6 inch tortillas. Cook on a dry hot griddle until brown, flip and cook on other side. Enjoy!
