Amy's stuffed peppers

Ingredients
2 bell peppers1lb extra lean ground beefinstant brown rice .25 cup1 cup tomatoe sauce
Directions
partially steam trimmed and seeded peppers/let cool
in a med bowl mix beef, any desired herbs or spices, brown rice, and .75 cup tomatoe sauce.
fill the peppers with the meat mixture then top with remaining tomatoe sauce. baked covered in 350 oven until beef juices run clear
