14 oz Package of Healthy One Turkey Sausage - Slicedonion, garlic, cumin, chili powder to tasteFranks red hot to taste1 Fresh green bell pepper1 can of sweet corn 12 -14 oz1 14.5 oz can diced tamtoes1 14.5 can black beans
Makes 14 .25 Cup servings of the bean/corn mixture with 4 slices of sausage per serving.
Slice sausage and brown in heavy frying pan sprayed with Pam. Toss in diced bell pepper and cook til tender. Add seasonings and mix well. Add corn and diced tomates, bring to a boil.
You can serve over brown rice, with baked tortillas, or in fat free flour tortillas. Nutrional values do not include these options.
