cinnamon muffins

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 large Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp atkins bake mix(or can use equilivent) .25 cupmlo super high protein(or whey) 3 T, 3 serving 2 T heavy cream
Directions
Mix add dry ingredients. In seperate bowl whisk eggs and cream. Add to dry and mix well. Spray or grease muffin tins well and fill halfway. I sprinkled a light coating of splenda and cinnamon on tops. Bake 350 oven 15-20 minutes.
