Low Carb Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients
Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluid *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, .5 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspButter, salted, 2 tbspSalt, .125 tsp40 shrimp
Directions
Cook Shrimp in butter over medium high heat until mostly cooked. Add the cream and salt and reduce heat. Add the parmesan cheese graually and then most of the mozzarella. Move to a small casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on the top. Stick in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or so until cheese is melted and bubbly.
