1/2 c suganat1 1/2 c HODGSON MILL OAT BRAN HOT CEREAL1 1/2 c HODGSON MILL UNBLEACHED WHITE FLOUR1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 eggs or 4 egg whites1 c applesauce, chilled4 Tbsp. grape seed oil1 tsp cinnamon1/4 C flax seed (grind fresh) optional1 Cup Craisins1 C Walnuts Chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups.
Blend together dry ingredients. Add eggs, chilled applesauce and grapeseed oil. Add flax and walnuts and Craisins. Mix until well-blended. Spoon batter into 2 muffin trays makes 24 . Let stand 10 minutes.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
