Ingredients
1 regular-flavored oatmeal packet (or about 1/3 cup of quick oats), uncooked1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup orange juice, calcium fortified1/2 cup skim milk1 tsp honey1 banana (optional)
Directions
Banana not included in nutrition.
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If you don't like honey, feel free to use splenda in its place. Makes one serving.
