Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
Directions
1 medium Zucchini1 tbsp Olive Oil1 clove Garlic1/4 tsp basil/parsley/cilantro to season as you like (not necessary)
1. wash zucchini, then slice into 4 spears and place on tin foil
2. press garlic clove with garlic press, or finely chop garlic
3. mix garlic with oilve oil
4. drizzle zucchini with oil/garlic mixture
5. sprinkle any spices over top
6. wrap tinfoil around zucchini and place on hot grill
7. cook for approx. 5 minute.
I like my squash farely firm. Check often until squash meets the consistancy you like.
