Grilled Halibut

Ingredients
Halibut (12 ounces, about .75 pound)2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 tsp. ground white pepper2 TB. sugar1/3 cup soy sauce6 TB. vegetable oil3 chopped green onions1 TB sesame seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over fish. Cover and marinate overnight. Place halibut on grill and cook 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.

Serves 2-3.
