Shauna's Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
1 Head of GarlicPinch of SaltPinch of PepperOregano1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Directions
Cut the top off the head of garlic, and place onto two small pieces of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Heat oven to 350 f, seal garlic in foil well (should look like a Hershey's kiss), and place in oven. Leave for 30 minutes, remove and unwrap and let cool. Squeeze garlic from skins, and enjoy!

    I use a little more olive oil, and cook at 375 for 30 - 45 minutes (my husband likes it very roasted) but this is really good. I sometimes sub fresh marjoram for oregano. - 3/8/11
