Turkey and curry meatloaf with barbeque sauce

4 eggs1 1/2 cups water1 2/3 cups oats1 cup onion1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon red curry3 pounds ground turkey3/4 cup barbeque sauce
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add water, oats, onion, salt, and curry. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into a 9x13x2 inch glass pan. Spread the barbeque sauce on top. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into 24 square pieces.
