Grilled Red Chili Steak

Ingredients
1 lb. Premium choice sirloin steak3 T chili powder2 t brown sugar2 t pepper2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 t salt1/2 t ground oregano1/4 t cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a rub. Rub generously over meat and grill to your liking. Makes approximately 5 - 3 oz servings (it assumes you trim the fat after cooking)
