Ingredients
Quinoa, Wheatberries, Lentils, Chicken.
Directions
Cook Quinoa (20 min), Lentils (20 min), and WheatBerries (1hr) in Chicken Broth. Cool. Cook Chicken with seasonings (garlic, onion powder, s&p, Cumin, Salsa). Toast Almonds. Mix all together. Add Orange Juice, chopped Cilantro, Cumin, Feta. Cool and serve. (add Green onions and Craisins if possible).
