Ingredients
2 potatoesCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Scrub potatoes and cut in half lengthwise, then into half-circle slices. Spray cookie sheet with cooking oil spray. Place potato slices on cookie sheet.

Bake slices 10-15 minutes, then loosen and turn. Bake until brown, another 10-15 minutes.

    I made mine Cajun style- (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne, black and white pepper corns). I might have gone overboard on the cayenne. Froze the extras. Very tasty. - 1/31/11
