Shepherd's Pie with Ground Turkey

Ingredients

Ground Turkey, 1 lb Egg, fresh, 1 large Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped & sauteed in water til translucentCatsup, .25 cup Milk, 1%, 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 3/4 CupMashed Potatoes, 2.5 cupSour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
Mix together first eight ingredients until well blended.
Spread in ungreased pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) uncovered for 40 minutes.
Stir together mashed potatoes and sour cream.
Spread mashed potatoes/sour cream over cooked meat. You may choose to sprinkle with flakes of butter and grated romano cheese (not in nutritional calculation).
Turn up oven to 400 degrees. Cook until starting to brown...or for another 20 minutes.
PS - I sometimes blend up canned carrots or peas and mix that into the meat mixture for some hidden veggies for the kids.
