"Jiffy" Corn Muffins (Prepared)

Ingredients
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 egg1/3 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups.

Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (For maximum crown on muffins let batter rest for 3 or 4 minutes, restir before filling cups.)

Fill muffin cups 1/2 full

Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 6 muffins. (May also use smaller muffin pan but will change nutritional information.)
