Italian Rummage Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole-wheat heart-healthy tortilla1 tbsp hummus, any flavor (I used Sabra Roasted Pinenut...Sabra hummus is a little creamier)5 slices pastrami (I used one-half pack Carl Buddig's 90 calorie pack pastrami)1/8 cup Sargento reduced-fat Italian blend (or part-skim mozzarella)9 Hormel turkey pepperonis
Directions
Lay tortilla flat and spread hummus evenly. Layer pastrami, then cheese, then pepperoni, being mindful to distribute each evenly over the tortilla surface. Fold in edges and roll up. Press in a heated George Foreman grill or panini press until filling is nice and hot (probably will not take five minutes). Enjoy!
