Ingredients
4 medium idaho potatoes1 1/4 t salt1 egg white, lightly beaten1 1/2 t flour2 t paprika1/4 t cayenne1/8 t garlic powder1/8 t onion powderolive oil spray
Directions
preheat oven 350
cut potatoes into french fries
boil 2 minutes
meanwhile, combine seasonings. Drain potatoes and toss with egg white mixture.
spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and spread potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 60 minutes.

    Very good, I added much more garlic, didn't pre-boil the potatoes and then cooked them at 425 for 30 minutes. I also just put a sprinkling of the cayenne since Hubby doesn't like it too hot. - 10/17/07

    I made this, but I think the seasoning was too much for the amount of potato and baking them for an hour resulted in hard crunchy fries and the seasonings were burned tasting. I would bake for half an hour, cut back on the seasonings and leave out the egg white which made potato exterior chewy. - 10/10/07
