Orange Cranberry Granola

Ingredients
Honey, 2 tbsp *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Orange Juice, 1/3 cup Coconut, toasted, 1 oz Almonds, 1/2 cup, sliced Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 2.5 cupsCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/3 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Melt honey and oil in a small saucepan until thin. Add Vanilla and Orange Juice. Stir in Oatmeal, Coconut and Almonds. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake another 10. Add in Cranberries when cool. Keep in airtight container. Makes 12 1/4cup servings
