Talitha's Bean Soup

Ingredients
Two cans of chicken brothFour cans of drained beans (I do 3 black beans and 1 great northern, but any variety you like would work)One jar of salsa (medium or mild, depending on your tastes!)One tablespoon of cilanto (optional)Can also add any extras, like tomatoes, bell peppers, or onions, if you'd like more vairety!Serve with a dallop of reduced fat sour cream (optional, but yummy!)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a soup pot (except sour cream), and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Take half the contents out, blend in a food processor or blender, then return back to pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Ready to serve!

Add a spoonful of sour cream if desired!
