Tuna Tamale Pie

Ingredients
2 oz chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 1/4 cup canned (no salt) tomatoes2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp each cumin and paprika1 clove of garlic, crushed4 oz drained canned pinto beans2 oz drained water packed tuna, flake1 oz cornmeal1/4 cup water1 tbsp flour2 tsp canola oil1/2 tsp baking powderdash of salt.
Directions
Saute onions, green pepper & garlic in a non stick fry pan. Add tomatoes, spices & simmer 10 minutes. Add tuna and beans. Pour in a casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and drop on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serves 1
