2 cups frozen cherries3/4 cup steel cut oatmeal1 1/2 cup sugar free vanilla soy milk1/2 cup water1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Divide the frozen cherries into two bowls and microwave on high while you prepare other ingredients.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes, oatmeal will thicken when it stands.
Pour oatmeal into the bowls with the melted cherries and mix.
