Rhubarb-Strawberry Crispy

Ingredients
4Tbsp. butter-salt free or otherwise6 c. rhubarb fresh or frozen1 pt. strawberries- fresh or frozen1/2 c.sugar substitute- I use splenda 1 1/2 c. flour1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. splenda brown sugar 1/2 c. rolled oats1 c. chopped nuts of your choice
Directions
preheat oven to 375 degrees, generously grease a 3 qt. baking dish. Combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar or substitute, 1/3 cup flour & cinnamon. Put into the baking dish.

Combine remaining flour, brown sugar or substitute, oats, nuts and melted butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb-strawberry mixture.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the topping is crispy & brown. Top with your choice of fat free-low calorie-sugar free whipped topping or even ice cream.
