Stuffed pita sandwich

Ingredients

Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers*Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp (could also use turkey bacon or regular bacon)Provolone Cheese, 2 slices ( I used reduce fat)Sliced up tomato
Cut up the green peppers
Cut the pita bread on half
Add all ingredients inside the pita
When the sandwitch maker is ready put the stuffed pita bread on it and close (I close it all the way so that it seals)
Cook until brown
Enjoy!
(With this recipe the green peppers still stay firm, you could precook them if you wanted them more tender)
