Homemade stuffing

Ingredients
14 pieces of winter wheat bread1 cup of chopped celery.5 cup of chopped onion1 tbsp olive oil2 cups of chicken broth1tbsp of sage1tsp of poultry seasoning1 tbsp of parsley
Directions
Toast the pieces of bread, cut up in bit size pieces. Chop celery and onion. Heat pan on medium heat with olive oil add onions and celery when oil is ready. Cook onions and celery until desired texture. Add chicken broth, sage, poultry seasoning, and parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add bread. Stir until broth covers all of the bread. Next stuff stuffing in bird (chicken or turkey).
