3 Italian Turkey Sausages1 Large sweet potato2 medium potatoes1 Yellow bell pepper1 yellow squash1 cup pinto beans
Directions
Cut peppers, squash, potatoes and sausage into small pieces. Add 1 can of pinto beans with the sauce and bake covered for 50-60 minutes.
