Vegan Chili with TVP

Ingredients
1 can organic red kidney beans1 can organic white beans1 can organic diced tomatoes1/4 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)2 T nutritional yeast1/4 cup onion, diced1 T cumin1 T garlic powder1 t. cayenne pepper (optional)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a small skillet with Pam (I like the olive oil pam) and saute the onions until they're translucent but not yet browned.

Add all ingredients, including onion, to a large pot, stir to combine, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Makes 8 servings, about a cup each.
