Quick Beef and Vegie Dinner

* Ground beef, 2 lbs * 1 1/2 med yellow onions, chopped * 1 BANANA PEPPER, chopped * 1 Jalepeno Pepper, chopped * about 1 T fresh Rosemary chopped * 1 med zuchinni chopped * 3 tomatoes chopped * *Garlic minced 2g-1tsp, 3 tsp (remove) * *California Style Garlic Pepper, 2 tsp (remove) * Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, 2 tsp (remove) * *Rice, white, short-grain, cooked, unenriched, 2 cup (remove)
Begin preparing rice as directed on package. While rice cooks brown ground beef with onions, peppers and all seasonings, until beef is almost cooked through.
Drain off grease and return to pan. Add zucchini and cook till almost tender-crisp. During the last couple of minutes add tomatoes and just heat through.
Place 1/2 C rice in center of plate and top with 1 Cup beef and vegie mix.
Makes 6 1/2 servings
