Baked Tofu with Nutritional Yeast

Ingredients
1 block firm tofu, drained and cut into 8 slices1 Tbs. nutritional yeast1 small clove garlic, minced1 tsp. honeyPinch of cayenne
Directions
Slice drained and pressed tofu into 8 slices. Place in shallow baking dish.

Whisk rest of ingredients together in small bowl and pour over tofu.

Bake at 400*F for about 45 minutes, checking tofu, turning once.

    Did not seem to have enough ingredients to "pour" over the tofu and I was unable to whisk them. Had to use a spoon to mix. - 3/8/15
