Crispy oven baked chicken

* Chicken Breast, no skin 2 x 4 ounces * Panko Bread Crumbs, 0.5 cup * *Egg white, 1 serving1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp chili flakes
Pound out chicken to about 1/2 inch thick.
Mix spices and seasonings (any that you like with chicken will work!!) with the bread crumbs onto a large plate.
Lightly whisk the egg white and dip chicken to coat.
Pat egg coated chicken into bread crumbs and place on a baking pan brushed with 1 tsp oil (pam works too but it won't be AS crispy).
Bake at 425F for 15 to 20 minutes, lower the heat to 325F and bake a further 18 minutes (15-20).
