Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast1 can water chesnust (diced)8 scallions (diced)6 tsp grated fresh ginger root3 tbs lite soy sauce4 tbs oyster sauce1 small head iceberg lettuce
Directions
In large skillet brown ground turkey drain off fat
add diced scallions, ginger and water chestnuts, and sauces. Stir together and heat through

serve on iceberg lettuce leaves makes 8, 2oz servings.
